Watford's Darius Henderson may miss the Coca-Cola Championship Play-off Final against Leeds United at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium on May 21.
The hard working forward, who was later to replace a tiring James Chambers, became embroiled in the touchline shenanigans perpetrated by Golden Boys manager, Aidy Boothroyd and Crystal Palace's Fitz Hall, and was seemingly involved in an altercation with Eagles midfielder, Tom Soares.
Boothroyd himself may face a charge by the FA, but as he would have 14 days to respond, it is unlikely any possible touchline suspension would take effect prior to the start of next season but crucially, that would not be the case for Henderson.
Under the FA's fast-track disciplinary scheme, player suspensions can be handed out within 48 hours of an incident, leaving the ex-Gillingham front man waiting anxiously for the outcome of the FA's findings into the unsavoury pitch side melee.
