Marlon King has capped an outstanding last few weeks by capturing the London Evening Standard Player of the Month award for February.
In doing so, the highly talented King (pictured) has become the first player outside of the Premiership to win the award from the paper this season, following Frank Lampard, Darren Bent and West Ham United pair, Marlon Harewood and Bobby Zamora.
King was in particularly impressive form throughout the month, notching four goals in five games including a brace in the rout of Sheffield United in front of the Sky TV cameras on February 6th.
