Watford boss Malky Mackay insists he is content with his club's stance on any potential approaches for his services.Mackay has been linked with the vacant manager's role at Burnley, but Bournemouth's Eddie Howe looks set to be installed as the Turf Moor boss.
And Hornets chief executive Julian Winter said the club has not received any formal interest in Mackay.
"As far as that's concerned that's good enough for me," Mackay told BBC Three Counties Radio.
"The focus I've got is making sure the team is ready for Saturday and making sure it's prepared for the following Saturday.
"Every aim and goal I've got at the minute is to get as many points on the board as possible as quickly as possible.

"The target is still 52 points and that's what everyone's working towards."
Watford are in fine form at the moment, having won all of their last six games, but they continue to rely on a selection of youngsters to compliment their experienced players.
And while the club's academy products have shown little sign of being overawed by life in the Championship, Mackay is trying to bolster his squad with loan signings.
"We're trying to do our business and we're trying to co-operate with other clubs," he said.
"We'll try and push forward as much as we can between now and the end of the window.
"We've got targets lined up and second and third targets.
"We'll work as hard as we can to make sure we have a squad that can compete in the second half of the season."
Mackay added that captain John Eustace is still not ready for action because of the calf injury that has kept him out since New Year's Day.
But midfielder Don Cowie is rated 50-50 for Saturday's visit of Derby, after he missed last week's FA Cup victory over Hartlepool due to illness.
