Watford's second string is in action again tonight as they take on West Ham United at the Glyn Hopkin Stadium, home of Nationwide Conference National club, Dagenham & Redbridge, Kick-off 7pm.

Looking to improve upon last week's disappointing home loss to Crystal Palace, Golden Boys Rserve manager, Gary Smith has chosen a balanced squad for the trip to East London featuring regular first team bench sitters, James Chambers, Clarke Carlisle, Al Bangura and Anthony McNamee, together with Adrian Mariappa and Theo Robinson, scorer of a hat-trick in Watford's last away match at Portsmouth.

Dominic Blizzard is also expected to figure as he continues his comeback from a long term viral complaint.
