James Chambers, Al Bangura and Anthony McNamee all played a part in helping the Golden Boys' second-string claim a 2-1 Barclays Premiership Reserve League South victory over Southampton at Boreham Wood last night.

Bangura, the last gasp goal hero of Saturday figured in the opening half, while McNamee played an hour and Chambers 75 minutes.

The Golden Boys claimed a narrow victory over their Saints counterparts courtesy of goals by Toumani Diagouraga, Joel Grant and the profligacy of Marian Pahars, who failed to covert a last minute penalty for the South Coast outfit.
