Watford Football Club is reporting that Sheku Kamara's knee ligament injury is not as bad as originally thought.
The 18-year-old, who only arrived at Vicarage Road during the summer from Premiership rivals, Charlton Athletic, injured himself during one of the first training sessions of pre-season and there were fears he may be ruled out for several months.
However, a further reassessment of the player's injury has revealed he should now be out for no more than two or three weeks.
The South Londoner is hoping to establish himself in Gary Smith's reserve side, prior to foraging his way into first team contention.
