Both of his games for Watford have come in the FA Cup, the most recent as a substitute in the 1-0 loss to Brighton in January.
"He's a good young player who we've been keeping an eye on," Wycombe boss Gary Waddock told the club website.
"As soon as we knew he was available for loan we were interested.
"He is looking to play first-team football and will be a good addition to the squad."
On top of his loan spells this season the Republic of Ireland Under-21 centre-half spent time at Kilmarnock last term, where he played five times for the Scottish Premier League outfit.
