"We certainly had them rattled for long periods, particularly in the second half, but when you've got the quality that they've got they can always counter-attack very quickly.
"I think we earned some respect, certainly from the Manchester United fans who clapped the players off.
"All you can do is come here and have a go. I thought our fans were great again today.
"I thought they started the better and it took us a little bit of time to get going but once we got that 15 minutes out of the way I thought we settled down a bit.
"It took Hameur to have a little bit of a flare-up with Wes Brown to get things going."
